CONGREGATE Study Tour in Thessaloniki, Greece

CONGREGATE project goes to Thessaloniki, for the CONGREGATE Study Tour to be held in Lazart Hotel, Thessaloniki on Friday 30th of September 2022.

 

The aim of the event is to discuss the results of the feasibility studies for the establishment of energy communities in the form of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the nine beneficiary municipalities from the three project countries Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Greece, as well as to present the next steps that have been planned.

 

Invited representatives from various municipalities including the beneficiary ones will be present at the event to exchange views, best practices, and develop synergies. Speakers, among others, include Maria Spyraki, MEP, EPP, Konstantinos N. Gioutikas, Vice Governor of Development & Environment of Region of Central Macedonia, Dimitris Demourtzidis, Mayor of Municipality of Pavlos Melas, Athanasios Papageorgiou, General Secretary of Municipality of Ampelokipi-Menemeni and more as presented in the agenda.

 

The event is by invitation only. The event’s working language is Greek while simultaneous interpretation from Greek to English and vice versa will be available.

The last stop of the CONGREGATE Study Tours is in the Czech Republic, in mid-November 2022, while the 1st stop was Burgas, Bulgaria on August 30th, 2022.
