POWERPOOR – Info Day & Workshop in Crete

Under the auspices of the Region of Crete, INZEB in collaboration with MINOAN ENERGY COMMUNITY is organising an Info Day followed by a workshop within the frame of the H2020 POWERPOOR project at the Polycentre of the Metropolitan Church of Arkalochori, Kastelli and Viannou in Heraklion, Crete.

 

The event will take place on Friday 21 October 2022, at 09.30-16.45 EEST, with the aim to spread the word about the actions of the POWERPOOR project, in citizens and local authorities too, on how to address the phenomenon of energy poverty, and how to encourage the participation of energy vulnerable citizens in support programmes. In addition, the ICT tools for addressing the phenomenon, as those have been developed in the framework of the project and how they can be used will be presented while a detailed session for the establishment of Energy Poverty Alleviation Offices is included.

 

The POWERPOOR Info Day will conclude with the announcement of the new round of technical assistance to municipalities under the Energy Poverty Advisory Hub (EPAH).
