INZEB, the EU Climate Pact Country Coordinator for Greece, is organising the Climate Action Workshop & Peer Parliament: Let’s talk about the climate, with the kind support of EUROPE DIRECT Thessaloniki, on Saturday, 26 April 2025, at OK!Thess, from 10:00 – 13:00.
The event will provide citizens the opportunity to express their concerns and worries regarding climate and provide a platform for open discussion. They will learn sustainable everyday practices and will be encouraged to explore how, each person individually and the local community as a whole, can contribute to climate change resilience.
The event will be moderated by Alexia Spyridonidou, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Climate Governance Specialist – EPLO.
Penelope Antoniou, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Transport Engineer at Thessaloniki Transport Authority S.A. – TheTA, Sustainable Mobility Advisor, Vasiliki Giatsidou, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Regenerative Agronomist MSc., Vassilis Menexes, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Sustainability and ESG Consultant, and George Percoulidis, PhD, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Mechanical Engineer, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, will participate in the event, discuss with the attendees and provide their inputs.
