INZEB and Wind of Renewal invite you to a major pan-European online event organised within the framework of the WISE – Women in Solidarity for Energy initiative. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 16:00 to 18:15 (EET).
The event highlights the importance of ensuring women’s access to affordable and clean energy as a fundamental human right. It will provide a platform for discussion, knowledge exchange, and policy advocacy to promote gender-responsive energy policies across Europe.
The programme includes a plenary session in English, followed by parallel breakout sessions available in 25 languages, including Greek. This structure ensures that participants from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds can actively engage in the discussions.
Through this event, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to women’s access to energy. They will also be able to contribute to a growing pan-European movement advocating for policies that address gender dimensions in energy access, particularly focusing on the needs of the most vulnerable women.
