A few days ago, INZEB, as the EU Coordinator of the Climate pact in Greece, together with three EU Climate Pact Ambassadors Konstantina Togaridou, Vanessa Archontidou and Constantinos S. Psomopoulos had the honor to be interviewed by Ioanna Kardara, reporter at the Athens Macedonian News Agency.
INZEB had the opportunity to present the EU Climate Pact coordinator’s role in Greece and to discuss the EU Climate Pact’s goals, as well as the unique challenges faced in our country. It highlighted how local actions can drive global changes in combating climate change, with the mobilisation and help of all the citizens: from students to the elderly.
Furthermore, Ambassadors Konstantina Togaridou, Vanessa Archontidou and Constantinos S. Psomopoulos were able to present their impressive initiatives. They talked about the reasons that inspired them to become Ambassadors and explained the methods they use to raise awareness for climate change and inspire the public to take measures. The urgent message of the EU Climate Pact Ambassadors from Greece is to call on everyone to act decisively now to safeguard our planet: “If we want to save our planet, the time to act is NOW!”.
