The picturesque city of Matera, Italy, played host to the GreenComp Enterprises projects’ Transnational Training of Entrepreneurs from September 12th to 14th, 2023. This dynamic event, organised by the national project partner Materahub, was a significant milestone within the GreenComp Enterprises project. It gathered a diverse group of individuals passionate about sustainable entrepreneurship and aimed to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to make a positive impact on our world.
As the Greek national partner of the GreenComp Enterprises project, INZEB played a pivotal role throughout the training, contributing significantly to its success. Here’s a closer look at our involvement:
One of the highlights of the training was INZEB’s development and presentation of the “Eco-Strategies” module. This module, a cornerstone of the Business Sustainability Handbook, took a deep dive into the intricate world of environmental strategies for sustainable businesses. INZEB had the privilege of sharing its expertise and insights, enriching the discussion on building eco-conscious enterprises.
To ensure that participants received recognition for their hard work, the INZEB team took charge of designing and creating the Certifications of Completion. These certificates symbolised the knowledge and skills acquired during this transformative experience, serving as a testament to participants’ dedication to sustainable entrepreneurship.
INZEB’s commitment to the training’s success extended even before its commencement. We went above and beyond by developing and providing a Welcome Booklet to all participants. This comprehensive guide offered insights into the training agenda, practical information, and a preview of what participants could expect during these enriching days. INZEB is proud to have been an integral part of this dynamic and forward-thinking event. The enthusiasm and dedication of all participants, trainers, and partners have left a lasting impact on us. This training programme was designed to enhance the skills and competences of start-uppers and entrepreneurs in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. It aimed to foster the creation of innovative green and ethical enterprises across Europe. Participants delved into the seven subjects covered in the Business Sustainability Handbook, which formed the basis of the curriculum. Experienced trainers in sustainable entrepreneurship delivered the sessions, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools needed to upgrade their existing enterprises or launch green and ethical ventures.
The event brought together two participants per partner organisation and upon successful completion of the course, participants received certificates acknowledging their achievements. This event offered a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to connect with like-minded individuals, gain valuable insights, and contribute to a sustainable future. By expanding the skills and knowledge of the participants, they are now empowered to create green and ethical enterprises that make a positive impact.
