We are discussing about the energy market & the energy crisis, in simple words. How can consumers be protected?

INZEB and Electra Energy organise the online event entitled “We are discussing about the energy market & the energy crisis, in simple words. How can consumers be protected?“, in collaboration with the Heinrich Böll Stiftung Foundation Thessaloniki, Greece and the Consumers Association – Quality of Life (EKPOIZO), in the framework of the Energy Democracy Dialogues initiative.

The event will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 16.00-18.00 EET.

The aim of the event is to clarify in simple terms how the energy market works and then to propose solutions for the empowerment, participation, and energy independence of consumers. In particular, the benefits of simple, understandable, and clean energy bills will be examined, and at the same time the outlets offered by modern technological possibilities, such as energy communities, self-generation and energy saving, will be presented.

Here you may find the article by Mr. Dimitris Kardomateas, keynote speaker of the event, explaining step by step all the factors that led and contributed to the crisis of gas and electricity prices. The article is available only in Greek.

The event is open to anyone interested in attending, at no cost, but registration is required and you can click the button below.
