We are very pleased to launch Climate Policy Breakfasts, a new series of European Climate Pact events. The first event, titled “Climate Change, Vulnerability & Social Cohesion” took place on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, with the participation of European Climate Pact Ambassadors, the European Commission Representation in Greece and external experts.
The event was organised by INZEB as a closed, structured policy discussion aimed at enabling participants to exchange views and concerns on an equal footing.
The discussion centred on climate policy, public governance, and their relation to scientific knowledge, the way in which they can enhance social cohesion and legitimisation, and how climate policy can embed the dimensions of social inequalities and public health.
The Climate Policy Breakfast will result into a brief public summary note, reflecting the main themes and questions that emerged during the dialogue.
The next Climate Policy Breakfast will focus on “Climate Change, Tourism & Resilience”.
We would like to thank everyone for participating in this meaningful and engaging discussion!
