Energy Poverty Survey | Powering Citizens

Energy poverty constitutes a real and urgent challenge of our time, as according to Eurostat data, millions of Europeans are unable to keep their homes adequately warm, pay their utility bills, or cope with rising energy prices. Concurrently, energy-poor citizens across Europe and the Western Balkans often lack access to information on energy poverty or EU energy policies.

In this context, we invite you to participate in the Energy Poverty Survey, which aims to identify and better understand energy poverty in Europe and the Western Balkans.

The survey is conducted as part of the POWERINGCITIZENS project, which seeks to combat energy poverty and promote clean energy through community engagement and education. Funded by the European Commission through the CERV Programme, the project focuses on empowering vulnerable groups across Europe, including young people and households struggling to keep their homes warm, by raising awareness, providing education, and fostering active involvement in energy policies.

The questionnaire is anonymous and is available in Greek here.

Participation is voluntary.
