INZEB, as a partner of the SMAFIN project, is proud to co-organise the 3rd and final SMAFIN National Roundtable in Greece, together with the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES). This exciting event will take place in the Hotel Amalia, Athens, on May 3rd, 2023, and is the first physical gathering of its kind since the pandemic.
The SMAFIN National Roundtable will bring together leading experts, policymakers, and finance professionals to discuss innovative solutions for supporting smart financing on energy efficiency in Greece. With a focus on reducing carbon emissions and energy costs, the benefits of energy efficiency are clear, and the event aims to make it easier for businesses to access funding for energy efficiency projects.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in three parallel sessions that will cover all aspects of financing energy efficiency, from policy recommendations to energy efficiency auctions. The sessions will focus on residential buildings, industry, and the tertiary sector, providing valuable insights for a wide range of professionals. As part of the event, INZEB will be leading a discussion on One-Stop-Shops as an ultimate solution towards energy efficiency. This approach brings together all the services needed for energy efficiency improvements, including financing, technical assistance, and project implementation, making it easier for businesses to access the support they need.
The event will be held in Greek, while there will be a representative from the Renovate Europe Campaign, for an online speech. The SMAFIN National Roundtable is a unique opportunity to learn from experts in the field and take action towards a more sustainable future.
